It generally takes 5 days for you to get your contacted about setting up and account. Reception at ONIN will reach out to your patient within 2 business days of the referral being made to book your patient in.  Most patients are booked for their appointment within 1-2 weeks of being contacted depending on their availability. Urgent requests are booked in sooner based on patient need but often within 72 hours of contact.  Please note urgent requests need to be made on the referral form at submission.

The ONIN provider will use their judgement based on your referral and discussion with the patient to determine the appropriateness of any therapy or assessment.  By completing the preliminary training or therapeutics training it can help you in ensuring you make the most appropriate referral.
